Individual Diagnostic Intake session is $250.

Individual therapy is $160 for a 45-minute session and $190 for a 60-minute session.

I see clients in office at Archway Counseling in Lincoln, Nebraska. I see clients virtually throughout the state.

I work exclusively with teenagers (16+) and adult individuals. My focus is on helping you clean up your side of the street to show up as a healthier version of yourself in your relationships.

I’d be happy to provide referrals for children or couples counseling. Let me know how I can assist!

I am credentialed to accept Ambetter, BCBS, and all Nebraska Medicaid plans. If I do not take your insurance, I would be happy to help you seek reimbursement for out-of-network claims. I also accept private pay and provide a discount.

I have a hybrid practice and see clients all over Nebraska on a secure video platform as well as in person at Archway Counseling, in Lincoln, NE.

I typically see individual clients once per week. Seeing each other weekly allows for the work to move along at a good pace.

Choosing the right therapist is an important decision, and it’s completely natural to want to ensure you’re picking the best person for you. The first couple of sessions can also help clarify this for you. If you ultimately feel I’m not the right fit, that’s completely okay. My priority is to ensure you find a therapist who will truly help you.

A cancellation given less than 12 hours prior to your session will result in a $50 charge, and a no-show will result in a $75 fee (insurance does not pay this fee).

With that said, I understand that things happen, especially with executive function challenges, and can offer some flexibility but repeated cancellations may result in a referral out.
